Knox County Clerk David Shelton says the ballot for Knox County School Board races has been set, with some vacancies.

For Vincennes School Board, At-Large, the three incumbents Barb Toole, Karla Smith, and Aaron Bauer all filed for re-election.

McKenzie Young and Kolby Kerzan have also filed to appear on the ballot.

With three at-large positions up this year, voters will be able to vote for up to three of the five candidates for Vincennes School Board, At-Large.

In the South Knox School Corporation race, Harrison Township Board member Alicia Bunny Houchin is unopposed and will retain her spot.

In Johnson Township, Jason Ellermann will take over for Gary Holscher, who did not file for re-election.

In Palmyra, a contested race will appear on the ballot between incumbent Michael Edwards and John Carnahan.

No current North Knox School Corporation School Board member, nor any other person, filed to run.

Current School Board members Kate Hammelman, who represents Vigo Township outside the city limits of Bicknell, and V Max Nickless, who represents the City of Bicknell will be held over for another four-year term, as allowed under the holdover provision in the Indiana Constitution.
