Washington Police arrested a Washington man Saturday for Reckless Driving, Resisting Law Enforcement with a Vehicle, Operating a Vehicle While Impaired with a Controlled Substance, and Operating a Vehicle While Impaired, Endangerment.
24-year-old Luke Conolty is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.

Burns is being held without bond.
