The average price of gas in Indiana has gone up 17 cents since Monday after slowly falling for over a week.
The Triple A Motor Club says the average price in Indiana Friday stood at $3.48 a gallon, two cents higher than Thursday and two cents higher than Friday’s national average.
Indiana’s average price on Friday was nine cents higher than a week ago, 11 cents lower than a month ago, and 14 cents lower than a year ago.
Meanwhile, Triple A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana Friday was $3.78 a gallon, a penny lower than Thursday.
It was also five cents lower than a week ago, 19 cents lower than a month ago, and 22 cents lower than a year ago.
