A Washington County judge is dismissing a civil suit filed by Dejaune Anderson against the county clerk.
Anderson has been charged with the death of her 5-year-old son Cairo Jordan whose body was found in a suitcase in 2022.
Anderson claimed the clerk committed fraud by mishandling her case and withholding documents.
A psych exam was ordered for Anderson after her strange behavior in court in April.
