Low temperatures on Monday morning will fall below zero at many locations.
This will occur again on Tuesday morning.
Wind chill values will fall to -10 to -20 with some isolated locations falling to near -25 each morning.
Wind Chill values this low can lead to frostbite or hypothermia.
Limit time outdoors on Monday and Tuesday.
If you must go outdoors, cover all exposed skin and dress in layers to keep warm.
If working outdoors, take frequent breaks in a warm, heated area.
