Arrests Made in Sexual Misconduct with a Minor Investigation in Sullivan Co.

Indiana State Police say a man and a woman are facing charges in connection with an investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct with a minor in Sullivan County.

Police say 63-year-old Timothy Squire of Jasonville allegedly engaged in sexual misconduct with a minor under the age of 14 and 59-year-old Rebecca Squire of Dugger failed to report the sexual misconduct to authorities.

Warrants for their arrests were issued Thursday and the pair were taken into custody on Friday.

Timothy Squire is charged with Child Molesting/Intercourse or Deviate Sex with a Victim less than 14 and three counts of Child Molesting.

Rebecca Squire is charged with Neglect of a Dependent.
