A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect for all Central Indiana until 10:00 AM Wednesday.
Cold wind chills as low as 18 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Matt Eckhoff is a forecaster with the National Weather Service in Indianapolis.
The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Use caution while traveling outside.
Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
And keep pets indoors as much as possible.
