A judge is temporarily blocking abortion records from being released in Indiana.
Under the state’s abortion ban, records for any abortions performed would need to be released.
The Indiana Department of Health did not release individual records, which led to Governor Braun signing an executive order to make it happen.
Now, a Marion County judge has blocked the release for at least ten days.
