Richard Allen’s Attorneys File Appeal of Delphi Murders Conviction, Sentence

Attorneys for Richard Allen are officially appealing his double murder conviction.

Allen was found guilty of killing Abby Williams and Libby German in Delphi in 2017.

He was sentenced to 130 years in prison.

A notice was filed with the Indiana Court of Appeals this week appealing both Allen’s conviction and sentence.
