Pike Gibson Water Begins Spring Flushing Wednesday

Pike Gibson Water says Spring Flushing of water lines begins Wednesday. (March 26th)

Working hours will be from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM Central Standard Time.

From March 26th through the 28th, flushing will take place in the Pikeville/Fritz Corner area.

From March 31st through April 4th, flushing will take place on Arthur Junction north to County Road 24 North along State Road 61, State Road 64 between Oakland City and Arthur Junction, and County Road 475 South/State Road 364.

This will include all connecting side roads.

Customers are reminded to refrain from washing white clothing while flushing is underway.

Customers may also experience a strong odor for a short time, discoloration, or air in water lines.
