Elnora to Receive $90,000 Water Infrastructure Planning Grant

State officials announced Thursday the Daviess County community of Elnora is receiving a $90,000 Water Infrastructure Planning Grant through the Community Development Block Grant program.

Block grant funding originates from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant program and is administered for the State of Indiana by the Office of Community and Rural Affairs.
