The Indiana State Police says a third arrest has been made in the murder of 85-year-old retired Sullivan County farmer Lowell Badger in December of 2012.
A warrant was issued by Sullivan Superior Court Judge Hugh Hunt on April 4th for 35-year-old Arthur Lee Grimes for murder.
The Indiana Department of Corrections served the warrant to Grimes Monday who is currently incarcerated at the Reception Diagnostic Center Correctional facility in Plainfield.
In addition to Murder, Arthur Grimes is charged with two counts of Burglary Resulting in Bodily Injury.
Last April, William Ray Grimes was indicted for Murder, Burglary and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary.
Then, in August, 39-year-old Richard Taft was arrested and charged with murder and two counts of burglary.
