Gov. Braun Signs SB 1 Into Law

Indiana Governor Mike Braun signed Senate Bill 1 into law Tuesday afternoon.

Braun says the bill provides historic tax relief for Hoosiers.

He says, “nearly every Hoosier, homeowner, farmer, and business owner will benefit from tax cuts, reforms, and stronger taxpayer protections.”

Immediately after Braun signed it, Democrat Representative Greg Porter said it is hypocritical for Braun to vouch for small government and then kneecap the ability of small governments to do their job.
