Evansville Man Arrested for DUI

An Evansville man is facing drug and alcohol charges following a traffic stop in Princeton early Monday morning.

While speaking with 34-year-old Micah Smith, a Gibson County Sheriff’s deputy smelled marijuana and alcohol coming from Smith’s vehicle.

Following a roadside investigation, Smith was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated/Refusal and Possession of Marijuana.

He was also cited for Failing to Dim Headlights, Operating With an Open Alcoholic Beverage Container, and Driving While Suspended.
