Patoka man Facing Multiple Charges Following Gibson Co. Traffic Stop

A Patoka man is facing several charges following a property damage crash in Gibson County early Saturday morning.

The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says 19-year-old Shane Bausch’s vehicle was found stuck in a ditch.

Following a roadside investigation the deputy arrested Bausch for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with Endangerment, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Minor Consumption, Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Battery on Law Enforcement Officers by Bodily Waste.
