Governor Braun To Get Bill Studying New Casino Locations

Indiana Governor Mike Braun will receive a bill that would allow the Indiana Gaming Commission to study the best areas for a new casino.

The bill calls for an independent gaming research firm to determine the top two regions in the state and submit the results to the state budget committee before November 1st of this year.

The bill was in response to a southern Indiana casino wanting and failing to relocate to New Haven near Fort Wayne earlier this year.
