A federal judge has temporarily blocked Indiana’s law that would require age verification to view porn websites.
U.S. District Court Judge Richard Young says the state’s “age verification requirements are likely unconstitutional.”
He adds if the state wanted to protect minors from seeing the material, it would have had age verification requirements wherever images could be found and not by targeting selective websites.
