
Louisville, Kentucky had two tornadoes on the Fourth of July.
The National Weather Service confirms an EF-1 tornado caused damage Thursday in west Louisville, knocking over large trees with 95-mile-an-hour winds.
A second tornado was confirmed across the river in Harrison County, Indiana, where 80-mile-an-hour winds caused a one-mile path of damage.
No injuries were reported.
Thousands were without power because of the winds.
