Quit Smoking: Attend “Bear with Me, I’m Quitting” Event at VU November 19th

The Knox County Health Department and Vincennes University Counseling Center are sponsoring an event called “Bear with Me, I’m Quitting” for the Great American Smokeout.

It will be held Tuesday, November 19th from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Tecumseh Dining Center and again from 12:00 until 2:00 PM at the Shake Library.

The event offers free resources, activities, and giveaways designed to support individuals looking to quit smoking or vaping.
